Keystart Home Loans move to increase Accessibility for Home Buyers.

16 May 2019

For a limited time, Keystart Homes Loans have increased the income thresholds for prospective home buyers.

The income limit for single people has risen to $105,000 and $130,000 for couples.

Premier McGowan said:

“My Government wants to help as many Western Australians as possible achieve the dream of homeownership.”Keystart is one of WA’s great success stories in housing affordability and it continues to help people become homeowners where otherwise that might not be possible.

The changes to the Keystart eligibility criteria will help drive new building activity and stimulate the State’s economy.

The stimulus package will finish on 31 December 2019.
